How to reschedule your CBR theory exam, with or without DigiD
Up to 7 days before your CBR theory exam you can move it to an earlier or later date, at most 3 times. Within 7 days you can only move it to an earlier date, if a slot is free; on the exam day itself you cannot. Cancelling is not possible. You reschedule in Mijn CBR with DigiD; without DigiD, contact the CBR's customer service, or your driving school if they booked it.

How to reschedule
Log in to Mijn CBR with your personal DigiD and choose a new date. If your driving school booked the exam, ask them to move it, and do it in good time. Check that the new appointment is still the English exam: the English version has its own fee of €57,00.
Cancelling and getting your money back
A booked theory exam cannot be cancelled. If special circumstances stop you from coming, you can ask the CBR for your exam fee back. Not feeling ready is not one of them, so move the exam in time instead.
Without DigiD
DigiD is the Dutch government login. Without it you cannot use Mijn CBR. You apply for one at digid.nl; that requires a Dutch citizen service number (BSN). If you have no DigiD:
- To book: use the CBR's paper application form for the theory exam (aanvraagformulier Theorie-examen).
- To reschedule: contact the CBR's customer service, or your driving school if they booked it.
