Free practice, a refund or a new seat?

A guarantee is only worth what it promises when you actually fail. Free extra practice keeps you studying with the same material until the next attempt. A refund gives you money back but no further help. A new classroom seat gives you another teaching day, but only if you booked one in the first place. Whichever you choose, read the conditions: a required number of passed mock exams, a deadline to claim, or a combination with a classroom course.

Why a guarantee matters for the English exam

In 2025, 40.0% of all car theory exams ended in a pass, first attempts and retakes together (CBR annual report). Every retake costs €57,00 in English and means waiting for a new slot, so knowing what happens if it goes wrong is part of choosing a course. How to book: booking the CBR theory exam in English.
